The Lakers (26-55) finish the 2013-14 regular season on Wednesday with a visit to the 62-19 San Antonio Spurs.

A Boston Celtics’ (25-56) win coupled with a Lakers’ loss would end the year with the long-time rival franchises tied in fifth place in the NBA draft lottery.

The Lakers will play without Pau Gasol (vertigo), Chris Kaman (calf), Kobe Bryant (knee), Xavier Henry (knee, wrist), Steve Nash (back) and Kent Bazemore (foot).

The Spurs have been known to sit starters near the end of the regular season.
