Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit brings together top chefs, many of whom have a tasty stake in Las Vegas. It’s a chance to buy your way into face-time and lunch with chefs like Bobby Flay ($249 per person) or Spago’s Wolfgang Puck ($225 per person), who celebrates a quarter of a century for his Las Vegas eateries.

The lineup for this year’s four-day event also includes Alain Ducasse, “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro, Charlie Palmer, Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, Guy Savoy, José Andrés, Julian Serrano, Shawn McClain, Michael Chow, Nobu Matsuhisa and others.

Tickets are on sale now for nonstop events April 27 to 30 organized by Bon Appetit — and they sell out fast.

The Grand Tasting event at Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace is the place to go to sample signature dishes and wine from top chefs. April 28; $260 to $350.

Celebrate the first anniversary of the Las Vegas location of Mr. Chow with a throwback dinner featuring dishes from the restaurant’s original U.K. location, which opened 49 years ago. Dinner takes place 7 to 9:30 p.m. April 27 at the Caesars Palace restaurant. $279 per person.

Engage in a quick-fire challenge with chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger while enjoying drinks and Border Grill fare. Milliken and Feniger will coach participants who’ll get the feel of what being a chef contestant is like. 4:30 to 6 p.m. April 27 at the Caesars Palace restaurant. $149 per person.

Head outside for a Picnic in the Park, specifically the park between Monte Carlo and New York New York, with live music and picnic food redefined by chefs like Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, Michael Mina and others. Foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong and board games are all part of the festivities too. The event will be held April 29; tickets go on sale Wednesday.
