California: Napa inn stay plus 2 VIP passes to BottleRock for $2,560
Far from the dust of the Coachella Valley, Napa Valley will host its own mega-music concert called Bottlerock for three days at the end of May.
BottleRock, now in its second year, will feature such notables as the Cure, OutKast and Eric Church. Milliken Creek Inn & Spa in Napa, Calif., offers packages starting at $2,560 for those who want to rock out in style.
The inn sits about a mile from the Napa Valley Expo, where the music fest will be held May 30-31 and June 1.
Other performers to be featured: LL Cool J with DJ Z-Trip, Heart (yes, from the 1980s), Third Eye Blind, Barenaked Ladies, Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms and Weezer.
The BottleRock Package includes a room for three nights, two VIP passes for all three days (these cost $599 each, according to the festival’s website), a welcome bottle of wine and a $50 spa credit. The $2,560 price tag doesn’t include tax and fees.
VIP passes comes with parking, shaded viewing areas, access to lounges and designated bathrooms, in-and-out privileges and a goodie bag.
Guests at the 12-room inn receive also daily breakfast — served indoors or outdoors, wherever you like on the three-acre property overlooking the Napa River — wine-and-cheese receptions in the evening, and passes to the off-site Synergy Wellness and Fitness Center.
